Saks Hair and Beauty at Nottingham's David Lloyd Leisure has won many new clients through its Priority Listing on the city-visitor website.
“I am delighted with our listing on city-visitor, which has brought lots of new customers through the door,” said Linda Gibbons, of Saks.
Linda said she could not fault the service she had received from city-visitor, saying: “Steph from city-visitor was extremely nice and polite and explained everything fully to me: that goes a long, long way in today’s marketplace and counts for a lot."
“Within the first couple of weeks of our listing going live we had lots of calls and interest. It’s been excellent for us.”
Linda added: “I have been very impressed with the level of service and now get a phone call each month to check how things are going. That’s good customer service.”
Linda has owned and run the Saks franchise at Nottingham David Lloyd Leisure for almost four years and this is her first foray into online advertising.
“I really am not that clued up about the Internet, but city-visitor explained everything to me and have given me lots of help and advice.”
